New Lever Action Rifles for 2022 - Guns in the News

My Opinion; Lever action is fun to shoot. They're good hunting rifles, but I'd rather have my AR-10 If I'm needing a 30 cal to bring something down. For Home defense, along with a pump being racked and a SA pistol slide, the sound of the lever being worked is one of those iconic sounds that might make an intruder turn around. Typically the Lever's going to have a shorter barrel, making it easier to handle in the confines of a domicile. Since it's not a semi you won't start jerking the trigger to empty it, causing the shooter to think more on placement and collateral damage. Mostly they're just fun.
