Not familiar with "Spiked" although I have looked at some other alternatives...
Love that he has scared them enough that they are considering the poison pill...

Mark Cuban said Tesla CEO Elon Musk offering to buy Twitter is a way of "fucking with" the Securities and Exchange Commission.
