In the early 80s, the Orange County Sheriff (FL), spoke to us at the Chief's Club. He advised dragging the miscreant at least halfway through the door. He raised eyebrows when he told us that, in lieu of backdragging, his deputies carried plants. IF they judged you were in the right.
