What amazes Me is the inability of so called lawmakers to even understand what the Constitutional law is and how it came about ! A lot of them don't even have any concept either of what Semi-Automatic even means let alone it's legal uses vs a full automatic weapon. The knowledge it appears is often non existent.

SPC Nancy Greene - That certainly is true, I was raised around firearms and even as a kid had a 22 rifle and a .410 shotgun. I had NRA shooting medals I earned then and We all knew how to safely handle firearms. After over 40 years of full time Police and military service plus prior experience as a Military Academy Cadet I'd handled and fired many more weapons including some that were even full automatic. There isn't a rifle or handgun that I've ever used that i haven't fired Expert with and in thousands of rounds NEVER has a mishap or hit anything I didn't intend to.
