Considering there was a female voice heard coming from the vehicle telling people to disperse, then a bomb went off, someone planned this. I don't know if they know for sure who planned it. I haven't looked into it more since this morning.

Police was able to , minutes from the bomb going off, to get people all away from the bombing in between the shooting incident early, And the bombing

Police went door to door to get folks to leave their homes, Thank God, but the first warning came from voice(s) the Van, But it is not told if the voice(s)

Just heard about it. The perp may have been inside the RV that exploded. Initial report of 911 call, gunshots fired.
