Can Democrats Give Up Identity Politics and White Guilt?

Thank you my friend MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. for posting an interesting hypothetical question which could be rhetorical.
I wonder how albinos feel about the term white guilt - since they are truly white. Johnny and Edgar Winter came readily to mind.
I don't think each and every democrat embraces identity politics. There are still blue dog and pro-life democrats in some areas.
As far as white guilt, black guilt, Asian guilt, Hispanic guilt - repentance is the only way forward supplemented with shedding sorrow for actions committed by others.

Kind of like the older and more established grievance industry - were they to give up the emphasis on this, many would be out of a job.
