As a current junior soldier and aspiring NCO...not a wise move...I have done PT during this while pandemic at my home with a small family and work. I am preparing to take both the APFT and ACFT...these recruits have no excuse and the leadership is failing them in this regard. Disgraceful that the Army is doing this. They are in BCT for pete’s sake!

All that's "interesting" given the roll out of the ACFT and CV-19, but wait till things are normalized and ACFT is fully rolled out and in the system and the flagging system is in place for those that fail it, and the domino effect rears it's head. Promotions fall behind, schools canceled for attendance numbers (no one with passing ACFTs). IET soldiers stacking up in TRADOC for not passing ACFT. Retention numbers falling, discharge packets increasing for multiple ACFT failures. FOR RECORD ACFT events not being able to be conducted for lack of equipment.

We are only at the tip of it.
