The Right-Wing Latinos of Miami: Proud Boys and Refugees

A few years ago, the proud boys in Canada came up to counter-protest some indigenous people that were against general Cornwallis. The proud boys came dressed in polo shirts and they protested. They were a little rude but they didn't fight like the anti-fascist closet fascists. These military members of the Canadian forces on their off duty were given counselling and even the elders of the native tribe in Nova Scotia thought they should not be kicked out of the military.This case was closed.
Fast forward to last week and Chris Wallace was trying to pin president trump down saying the proud boys were a Right-wing group that should be denounced.
I happened to watch this video on the proud boys made last year. The Miami chapter is made up mostly of Cuban-Americans and those who have escaped Venezuela's meltdown. The President is Part black and Cuban-American descent. The video shows the group helping recent Venezuelan refugees resettle in the USA. For those of you on the progressive side, could you help me out and tell me how these people are so dangerous? I don't see them walking around in a company-sized element with their assault weapons out asking for reparations for Caucasian drivers at intersections. What is so dangerous about the proud boys?
The proud boys are conservative Latinos. I am asking you to help me out on showing me how they are a clear and present danger to the USA? Some of you actually are supportive of the activist groups that are burning down the USA. What threat does this group pose?
After watching the video, they remind me of the Blacks who support the 1776 movement and not the shame of the USA thinking of the left from the 1619 movement.. This video is a year old. Chris Wallace just helped them when he ignored the other groups razing the USA to the ground.
100+ days of inaction in Portland must have got them off the beer couch and now we see them but the media ignores BLM and Antifa.
I believe the Proud Boys are ruining the narrative. Let BLM and Antifa ruin Oregon.

Different chapters have different criteria about membership. These guys are thugs as much as Antifa. It reminds me of the Nazis and Communists fighting in the streets during the Weimar Republic in the 1920s. The video happens to be from the founder of both Vice and the Proud Boys, Gavin McInnes. He advocates violence against political opponents. Both groups are anti-American because they do not allow free speech or respect the Constitution or the rule of law. Remember the quote from Samuel Johnson- "Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel", meaning that any crime or misbehaviour was ok as long as it was committed by one who kept shouting that he loved his country. It saddens mean that some veterans approve of both these groups.

Demonstrators gathered outside New York City's Metropolitan Republican Club Friday night to protest a speech by Gavin McInnes, leader of the far-right "Proud Boys" group. Multiple skirmishes broke out as the event was letting out.

If one reads the Google description of The Proud Boys it gives you the impression that they are a extremely violent political group. Yet most of us have never heard of them including the president.

If in fact they are a white supremacy group they have no place in my America. Or your America. Our America. Unfortunately, they say that those that don't know history are destined to repeat it. I would hate to see the rise of 1933 all over again. Reportedly, when Patriot Prayer hits the streets, they're joined by the Proud Boys, a group that describes themselves as a fraternal organization. Others, including the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), call them a hate group.

Lt Col Charlie Brown go figure, ma'am. It seems that they are a conservative Hispanic group that is very much opposed to socialism and illegal immigration. I have not yet been able to tie physical assaults to the organization but I'm still investigating it.

SSG Stephen Rogerson after watching the video I came away from it with a sense of Latino Pride that I was raised around in Southern California in the 1960s. I don't necessarily see their actions as being violent but then again I've never seen inside a rally where they've been present.
I read the speculation that they tend to fight antifa who is this fascist organization. Some people will have a problem with me calling them an organization but it's important I believe that although they are decentralized they are still an organization.
The Proud Boys just seem to be a group of men who have family that came here legally and feel very much as I do that it's inappropriate for illegal aliens to come across the border holding their hands out and the United States gives freely to them. I have a daughter with brain cancer and I can tell you that the government does not give freely to me. I have to beg for every dollar they give to us. There's some irony there.
I also see a group of men, the typical Latino man, who is the head of the household although does not make his wife subservient, that has very deep-seated values. Does values in some respects don't conflict with mine.
They bring awareness to Donald Trump at a time when the MSM attacked him relentlessly. Statistics show that 95% of all content related to Donald Trump is negative. The masses of course watch CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and MSNBC. Even Fox news is starting to lean to the left since Rodger Ailes died and his liberal children are now running the organization. They're going to do so to their peril in my opinion because when you're making as much money as they're making as a corporation even if you're liberal you shut up and take the money. But I don't see that happening.
So far what I see is a lot to do about nothing.
