Good Sunday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Singing is such a part of virtually all cultures and religions. It is powerful in it's ability to move us and allow us to express our feelings. I use it a lot with clients and especially with teenagers for whom song lyrics are often the way to express difficult emotions. People who cannot speak, sometimes can sing as we have music stored in a different place in our brains. Sing when you are happy, sad, or lonely...one voice counts.

I expect that you realize that lucifer was an angel of music before he was cast out of Heaven and that music is neither righteous nor evil. Certainly, music can be purposed to exalt including hymns, psalms and spiritual singing. I expect that at times you offer praise and thanks to God and may well burst out in spontaneous singing Robert.
I pray that you and I feel free to offer praise and thanks no matter where we are or who we are with to those who serve us and assist us each day. I pray that we demonstrate our love for God by loving those HE brings across our path, my brother-in-Christ Maj Robert Thornton.

LORD, I pray that YOU motivate each one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters to share our hope in YOU to our family members, friends and neighbors – especially those who are concerned about health and their future in this COVID-19 season.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and their loved ones sleep well Sunday night.

Where the mighty American Bald Eagles roam in the mighty ROCKY MOUNTAINS OF CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO AMONGST THEIR EAGLES-NEST. I know the view must be MAGNIFICENT on this day April 26, 2020 as you might glance upon the mighty snow capped mountains headed into the month of May.
