Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs We've all suffered setbacks or failures as we've gone through life; the losers quit and the winners come back stronger. That's what I do after each workshop; I review what happened and I try to figure out ways to make it better. I work especially hard on those I don't feel were helpful to the clients for one reason or another. I use those failures to grow as a professional.
