Putting people “first” in our speech can help us redefine the way we look at others. In this thought-provoking talk, Psychology student, Arielle Zellis, demonstrates the way we should be relating to others.
Arielle Zellis is a student at Stern College for Women majoring in Psychology. Arielle volunteers with many organizations involving the elderly and individuals with special needs, such as HASC and Music Vs. She is a volunteer piano player at Mount Sinai Hospital and at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is also a volunteer at Gigi’s Playhouse, a down syndrome achievement center. Arielle has written articles for the Huffington Post as well as for themighty.com regarding her volunteer experience.

I LOVE Ted Talks!! Many years ago my aunt asked my youngest sister how she liked her black school teacher. My mom hushed her up real quick and pulled her aside and told her that she should have just asked how she liked her teacher (who happened to be black but why put a "label" on her?) I got a great mom!!

Closely related to one of your quotes- our MDG commander always hits the "be the leader you want to follow." I am always trying to do that- when they fold my flag I want to be remembered as someone that was consistently there when needed. As a leader, person, father, a grandfather, and husband. I am in constant fear of letting someone down in a time of need.

Where the mighty American Bald Eagles roam in the mighty MOUNTAINS OF CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO AMONG THEIR EAGLES-NEST. I know the view must be MAGNIFICENT on this day February 22, 2020 as you might glance upon the mighty snow capped mountains headed into the month of March. As you know I would respond a lot throughout the week, but I am full-time DOD employee doing contracts for the Defense Contracting Management Agency. It is good to have sometime on the weekend before I start my running around to respond my friend.
