Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs and of course as a practioner, this topic resonates for me. I am so proud to be part of the group that is available to help heal my bothers and sisters. So often the physical wounds are comparatively easy or quick to heal but those of the mind or the spirit/soul take longer. It is so easy to hurt others but few take the time or make the effort to reach out and help heal the wounds. I think more of us can be healers; we all have the ability to be kind, to empathize, to understand where another has been; and that begins the healing process.

I expect that you have been healed of infections, cuts, bruises and perhaps more serious injuries and illnesses over your lifetime so far Charlie.
I pray that you and I are spiritual mature and that we realize that all healing is from the LORD and that all healing in this life is temporary even if the healing last throughout our life, my sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown.
Thank YOU, dear God for creating the soul of each of us in YOUR image and blessing most human beings with inherent healing capabilities for ourselves including what we term our immune systems.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters has a developing understanding and comprehension that emotional/mental healing is correlated to physical healing. I pray that spouses and friends are developing great listening skills to those who are shy and/or introverted; depressed, manic, distraught, sullen, pensive and irritable; as well as physically injured or suffering from illnesses.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who reads this prayer is becoming more patient with their spouse, children, nieces, nephews, friends, pets and others we interact with. I pray that we each are becoming more compassionate, gentle, kind and good as we treat each person we interact with as we would want to be treated.
I pray that parents are demonstrating consistent hygiene to their children and when necessary reinforcing this with words. I pray that children of all ages are comprehending that good hygiene will not only help themselves but also help the friends they interact with as well as their family.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and their loved ones sleep well Wednesday night.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

Nothing better than giving support to getting one across the victory line, no matter what the cause, be it personal or collectively.
