Me too. Most "Red Flag" (or whatever they call it) do not allow the defendant to confront their accuser in court. In point of fact, the defendant has no right to their accusers identity. Thus in one stroke the defendant has lost their due process rights. Then there are physicians, clergymen, mail carriers (who deliver your ammunition), employers, co-workers, someone who you beat in an NRA shooting competition, and perhaps someone who wishes to murder you. The possibilities for abuse are endless.

AND, this is a very scary situation and violates the 6th Amendment right to confront your accuser.

You don't strike me as a man with a "sweet" anything. ;-)
