Thank for my friend CW5 Jack Cardwell for making us aware that the House Armed Services Committee has voted unanimously for fully funded upgrades to the fleet of Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II's. I expect this will pass the full House vote and may well survive in House-Senate conference committee.
Hopefully the 2020 National Defense Appropriation Act will follow suit and the USAF will honor it.
