George Washington is considered one of the best if not the finest revolutionaries. He had to deal with tactical, logistics, medical, and strategic aspects of the campaign. He created an army that incorporated the militia. Ill fed, paid, equipped he also had an army and militia who needed to tend to their farms. He also worked with the French and Spanish to help America to win the war. He had to deal with the tactical, strategic, and logistics.
