This is the problem with the revolving door between contractors and the government. And this is exacerbated by large government in my opinion.

Compare this to all the GOs and Admirals that retire then find lucrative employment in the Defense sector. Same with the revolving door here in San Antonio with the medical community moving into the pharmaceutical industry.

The former Democratic leader resisted registering under a loophole that now bears his name.
