Ocasio-Cortez celebrates Amazon scrapping NYC headquarters.
"U.S. House Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other New York politicians just chased off 25,000 Amazon jobs that could have created salaries of at least $115,000 jobs each. Unfazed and stunningly arrogant, these politicians are taking a victory lap following their dubious success.
Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York welcomed Amazon's decision to cancel plans for a new headquarters in Queens, saying it shows that everyday Americans "can have more say in this country than the richest man in the world."
CCN reported earlier today that Amazon had scrapped the spacious campus it had planned to build in Long Island City, Queens, which would have created roughly 25,000 well-paying jobs. The residual job creation was estimated to be an additional 67,000 jobs.
The cheers that followed Amazon’s decision to pull out of New York are misguided and troublesome. Too many politicians seem tone-deaf to traditional ideals, like job creation, in their relentless effort to denigrate anything related to big money."
I am thankful that Amazon will be building their east coast headquarters in Virginia with a hub in Nashville.

That's why I call her "La Loca"when I mentioned her on my posts here on RP. "la Loca" stands for crazy woman in Spanish. She has an economics or human relations degree from the University but yet her socialism totally throws out all she was taught in school. Econ 101, Finance 101, marketing 101, 200 and 300 are in the toilet now that she is a socialist.

Even if she does, her Manifesto is similar in some respects to those of the Unabomber Ted Kaczynski who hated modernism. She may say free college, free medical care and free money to those who don't want to work but that people will get mad and realize that people like this picture shouldn't be getting a living wage just to get high.
