Family Settles Lawsuit Against Walmart Over Shootings At Overland Park Jewish Community Center

I think I need to sue McDonalds and Sonic for selling me all those hamburgers that make me fat or the cattle farmer that produces the milk that makes me fat and will cause a heart attack one day because I do love buttermilk and cornbread...Just because a cat has kittens in the oven doesn't make them biscuits!!!

This is ludacris...just because they sold the weapon doesn't make them responsible. If I were them I would have fought this all the way to the Supreme Court just to prove a point. How the heck is a Wal Mart employee going to know if the weapon is for someone else unless the individual is dumb enough to state that .
