Good. As a dairy goat farmer whose primary cash product is cheese, good. Most of the processed cheese stuff is some sort of chemically tortured vegetable oil.

Next task for the millennials, get rid of pasteurization laws that that were written before refrigeration and refrigerated trucks. You want good cheese, get cheese that is made from raw milk (many states allow it as long as the cheese is aged somewhere between 3-6 months). Most European cheese snob regulations don't allow pasteurized milk to be used at all.
