Kudos on an age and gender neutral test. However, I find the following statement kind of misleading:
"You can be 20 years old on the battlefield, or you can be 50, and you’re going to have to accomplish the same mission."
I'm very sure that a 20 year old Specialist and a 50 year old Colonel have very different jobs, even though, yes, they are working towards the same mission.

The big question is what will those with profiles do as alternate events for each regular event?

Lots of questions and more testing. I am sure it will present a challenge but we all can adapt. Some slower than others. ;) but keep in mind that it’s still being ironed out.
