Thanks for tagging me Wingman Joe Davis, and for posting, Wingman David Reynolds. You've set the conditions—and the bar—high for learning a thing or two about art, and command post (CP) messaging, this morning.
I especially appreciate the potential messaging application of major 20th-century modernist Paul Klee's work to the ASCOPE/PMESII aspects of CPX Our Father 2018. Learning that Klee went from being one of the leading stars of the European avant-garde art movement in the 1920s to being the despised target of Hitler's campaign against modern art highlights the politically significant advantages of diversity. Let me be clear, London-based Cassandra Ellis Studio sums up Paul Klee crystal clear for art-challenged dummies like me—"One eye sees, the other feels. This Pointman sees what she means, and feels what she's saying—we simply don't all see and feel art equally and messaging/writing whether in the classroom or the CP is simply another art form. Defensor Fortis!
