I am an ordnance guy, and half of these tanks I have never seen or heard of. Some of these I cannot believe made it to the concept stage, they look like they will break on the assembly line or drink your fuel point dry. The KV-2 is about as butt ugly an armored vehicle that anyone can make.

Some tanks on the list were designed for certain purposes. The Matilda Mk I was an infantry tank. It was designed to advance with infantry while laying down covering fire with its machine gun.

I have heard of 6 out 10. Some of the tanks were actually effective given the role that they were designed for, such as the British Matilda and the German Elefant.
