The insurgents in the vehicle were armed with a DShK heavy machine gun, which they had been using to attack the Afghan people.

Reminds me a bit of the contingency of Aircraft from allied Aircraft(none ours, but info to them came from ours.. our A/C got told to abort hitting the convoy[made up of support vehicles and tanker trucks]). Obama had his spies e’where...the other guy’s and ours..
So he orders compensation to the convoy of stolen trucks and escorts.. and he took the $$ from our troops contingency funds prob'ly.. figuring prob’ly ‘ cause the info came from us.. So much for transparency and own’g up..
(“No we can’t go out.. Obama gave our contingency fund to the enemy to pay for their stolen tanker trucks and support vehicles/ Toyota p.u’s that got blown up by our allies..).
