The Mormons are a large part of many scout groups. The Scouts need them more than they need the Scouts.
That said, the Scouts have my sympathy. They have been sued over and over and cannot afford the lawsuits. Only a few girls will join and they will have destroyed a great organization for those few.

PO3 Bob McCord I know one thing, girls when I was in the Scouts, dang sure didn't have the chests that young ladies have today.
I believe that part of that is all the growth hormones they stick in just about everything we eat today.

An organization destroyed in a generation by those hell bent on not allowing young boys any space to grow into young men ready to serve their nation. The Scouts died a slow agonizing death.

Absolutely. Now that the progressives have "won" and turned the Boy Scouts (for decades the very DEFINITION of prepared wholesome goodwill) into the "Nothing nothings", who really ahs gained anything? The world is a worse place for their PC efforts.

At a time when boys more than ever need strong guidance and role models, the BSA instead morphs into a milquetoast extracurricular club that ignores its original call.

SGT Mark Halmrast Cpl Scott McCarroll I am sick over this news regarding the BSA. This is EXACTLY what happens we liberals get their hands on something that worked just fine the way it was. Now, what do we have? I can tell you what we don't have, we don't have Boy Scouts of America any longer. This has been happening over the course of the past few years. As a youth I was in Boy Scouts from age 5 or so until I went into the Army at age 19. Here is a little tidbit from the front page of the BSA website:
