We have a tendency to take things for granted and unfortunately, sometimes we don't recognize what we have until we've lost it or someone or something has taken it from us. Today think about all you have and if you cannot find happiness or at least satisfaction in it, think about how you would feel if you didn't have it. Today is the start of the week and a chance to show gratitude for what you have and smile because you are here in all senses of the word.
