Face each day not just with determination but with a plan and have it include something that is "just for me" Maybe it is dessert, a talk with a good friend, a hug from a loved one, a good deed you look forward to doing. Every day has to have a positive note, I plan mine and then celebrate all the unplanned ones as well.
