Had hopes for Shulkin but guess his activities did him in. Not sure what to expect from this military doctor as head of VA, but in theory he has the expertise to clean up the VA medical mess.

That is interesting LT John Chang that President Donald Trump ousted Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in response to heavy criticism.
I recognize that after a year or so it is time to bring in fresh blood at the top level in Federal agencies that have been having problems with no clear solution being raised within that agencies leadership.
It is intriguing that President Trump has nominated his personal physician, Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson, to resume the responsibilities of the Veterans Affairs Secretary.
Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson was first appointed to the role of Physician to the President on July 25, 2013, by Barack Obama.
1. I am thankful that a medical doctor has been nominated to replace medical Doctor David Shulkin.
2. As a disabled veteran I hope that Ronny Jackson will do well and that the transition will be smooth.
3. I hope the VBA gets its collective act together very soon.
