I have seen the most beautiful light from those in the most difficult of circumstances. People who might have been lost in their own darkness, able to light the way for others. Thanks my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs. It may be a beautiful day outside. The biblical heart is beautiful to our LORD since HE sees perfection in HIS adopted sons and daughters.
My physical heart leaks and as I have aged it has become thicker and less supple which means I have less capacity to do things that I did at earlier stages of my life.
I look forward to the new heaven and earth when we shall be perfected in the resurrection.

The romantic heart can well be beautiful. And we tend to see those we love with somewhat rose colored glasses. We tend to forgive those we love more readily than those we don't.

Helen Keller was a horrible child until she came to grips with her blindness and deafness. She had been able to see and hear until she contracted hat may have been meningitis.
Over time she became beautiful inside and compassionate.
I concur with her quote "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart."

Elisabeth Kübler-Ross was focused on death and dying and she had a hard death after numerous strokes. Her quote seems intriguing "People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."

The light of the LORD shines through HIS adopted children.
Our eyes can give a sense of the state of our soul.
Each human being can be monitored by looking at the eyes to some degree. Eyes shine when happy and shine differently when angry.

Good morning COL. A Good Heart (metaphorically) will make a person good hearted and good will, will emanate in all that they do. Of course there is the flipside to that....Bad Heart (again metaphorically) begets ill will and mean spiritedness.....Can a person be changed from the inside out to become good hearted.? An analogy would be "A Christmas Carol", Ebenezer Scrooge. Just a thought. Have a great start to the work week my Friend.
