I used to call it "Any Base USA." Reminded me of SoCal. Even though we had detainee OPS going on, there were humanizing activities: outdoor movie theater, boating and fishing, O Club, NCO Club, E Club, Community Center, Cuban and Jamaican restaurants, arts and crafts (I made my share of iguanas!), and the nature - flora and fauna - were incredible.
