Vance has been a member of and led field construction, project management, marketing and sales, and executive management teams in very large, mid-sized and small companies in the engineering and construction industry.
Vance has extensive experience in the preparation of a wide variety of business documents, including large capital project construction documentation. Vance has worked with law firms providing construction contract litigation support and dispute resolution on U.S. and international engineering-construction projects. Vance is a licensed professional architect and professional engineer. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture and B.S. in Forest Management from Washington State University and an MBA from Tulane University. Vance is a combat decorated Vietnam Veteran.
