Made a video for our USACPB NCO Induction Ceremony last week. Thought it was worth a share. Being a prior NCO and many great NCOs that I have worked with, I put all I could into it. Enjoy! The thought to create was inspired by our BDE Retention and for our newly inducted NCOs!

Awesome video. The ARMY needs to emphasize more esprit dé corps events like this. Instill pride in the NCO Corps.
