Thanks for sharing the three elements which need to be "clearly represented" for a claim SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL:
1) An injury, illness, or event acquired while you were serving in the military.
2) A current diagnosis or disability, or recurring or persistent symptoms of a disability.
3) Competent and credible evidence that shows the injury is related to the current diagnosis.
You also need patience because it may take years to have the VBA act on your claim and update your disabilities and rating. I have been treated by the VA since 2013 and all of my treatment and increases in disability have been documented by the treatment side. This has not helped much yet.
In God's timing I know the VA will rule in my favor. Patience is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
As long as I am connected to Christ, God is producing fruit in my life.
