Got a little rain in the neighborhood but for some reason it refuses to come north of 435, Damn It!

SSgt (Join to see) - Need some folks with some powerful fans in Paola to blow that stuff up this way. I swear sometimes it is like the 435 loop is a wall that keeps rain out that we desperately need.
