I never met a Marine that'd wear French style cuff shirts with cuff links, doubt I see one wearing cuff links either unless they are in dress uniform.

Did it for years once I made SSgt. Had to have them custom made in Oki or Korea, or converted Stateside. Looks cool in Service 'B' or Dress 'C', but the the cuffs bunch inside the green coat when wearing Alphas.
Also wore spit shined Florsheim chukkas from the Marine Shop at Quantico til I retired, except on Recruiting where I wore out corfams every six months.

Yes, it is an option for SNCOs and Officers. As far as I know you have to have the shirts made though. SNCOs can also wear a different kind of coraframs called chukka boots.
