Watching some interview on TV over the weekend and someone mentioned that they live where they still get their Netflix on CD. Living in a metropolitan area with many choices for internet access I never really thought about the fact that many rural areas in the country aren't so lucky and can't stream things. Guessing many of us on RP have decent internet access, but do you know people who can't stream and still must rely on CDs to watch movies?

I know of one person in rural Texas who can't stream much of anything and still uses CD's.

I think that many of us take for granted that everyone can stream things. I know in the early days of Covid I was amazed at the number of households that didn't even have internet.

I'm like you Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - never really thought of streaming options for those that live without hi-speed internet. Have to reach out to one of my friends that lives in the 'very rural' part of West Virginia and still used dial-up for their internet.
