What would you recommend to a larger person for a shoulder rig?

I have the same shoulder rig I purchased along with My Ruger P-90 many years ago. I have gotten larger since then and the straps are all set as long as they can get. It now feels more like a back brace than a shoulder holster. I checked locally for a new one and all I found was the same one size fits all that I already have. I don't want to look online without some knowledge of what is out there, so I'm asking for some feedback from the crowd.

If I could open carry a minigun I would have a blast, the wife on the other hand would use it on me when the bill came in for the ammo I would use. I would literally burn out multiple barrels in a week.

I've seen some really nice one's on amazon and on Galls make sure to read the descriptions and look at the sizes that they have available and Galls is really good thats were a lot people in my department buy their on and off duty gear.
