The FOIA letter stating he has never served is now up loaded

Allow me to introduce you to Randle Curtis Conrad, or just Randle Conrad. Mr Conrad claims to be a former military officer. I found his picture here on Rallypoint. I couldn’t help to find it a bit odd. It doesn’t look right. I am by no means am I that guy from Taken but I have some talents that aid me in such situations. So if you look at the pic of 1LT Christopher S. Goeke you will see the similarities. The details in the flag and a few other things such as the facial features. But the cropping and photo shop is evident.
If anyone lives at Westminster, CO, you may know him. That is where he lives according to his tax records and his voter information.

I was also able to get a number and emails.

As you may have figured out I take this very seriously. I don’t have any sympathy for someone that takes valor from a soldier that was killed in combat. That is the lowest of lows. I hope his employer finds out. I wish I was able to find that info but I am still digging.
The latest pic is one of his posts from last month. So he has two CIBs. Well one issue is that he was an MP company commander at the time. Yeah, his story makes no sense.

SSG James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" - I just looked at the profile here. Somethings aren't adding up. He lists himself as a CPT in 1984 yet lists a deployment in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm which was done in the early 90s. I know officer promotions are slower than enlisted but one would think that something would happen in 7 years. The profile is just throwing a lot of red flags.

CPT Russell Pitre
SPC Tanya Cummings Boozer - I just think he slipped through the cracks. It can happen. It even happens in the Army. I just want to expose him on the same platform he was trying to be a member of.

Just so everyone is aware, the account is INVERIFIED meaning no DD214 or service record has been submitted to RallyPoint, therefore the account is not fully vetted. This will be brought to the attention of SSG Carlos Madden and the rest of the RallyPoint staff for further processing.

SGT Ben Keen - I see how to tell that now. Although I have been a member of Rallypoint for a couple of years now, I have not participated much and am still learning the ins and outs. Thanks!

This may be your guy in question as the Conrad you listed lived in Texas. This guy just so happens to have earned his undergrad in Texas as well. Age matches as well at 53. He works at the Biofrontiers Institute and is engaged to Katherine Cameron. Time to make him famous - I say we all show up at his wedding and call him out in front of all his friends and family.

yep, lets all show up and get arrested for trespassing...that seems like a legitimate response. I can't stand what these guys do, but there are limits to the response should take, not to mention that his fiance probably has nothing to do with this.

SSG Doug Cooper can't help it in being confrontational - I agree that it would more than likely end up embarrassing all involved in such a confrontation. God knows what else he has told her about himself - however in time the truth will come to light - it always does.
The good news is with his page going down at least he knows we're tracking and hopefully might help alter or help shape his understanding around the matter.

This is a shame. I don't understand how a person would do such a thing and then try to enter into a military community such at RP.

Ok, that profile makes no sense - I am also going to have to question why he has endorsements from folks? Do people just randomly 'endorse' folks they don't know for "Overall leadership and character" come on people?
There are some disconnects on the FB profile as well - I'd be careful about linking the two, as it's possible the Randall Conrad on FB is not the same person (hacked fb accounts happen all the time).
The RP account, that one definitely makes no sense and smells as bad as a dead fish on the beach sitting in the sun for 10 days...

and that's why I have commented on the endorsement situation before. Personally, I don't endorse someone I haven't worked with.

LTC Jason Mackay - Thank for the lesson in how the Army works , while there are some unusual things that happen in the service, I just thought this didn't add up.

MAJ Tiffany Sockwell - Not sure that this falls under the Stolen Valor act per see, as for that to apply the impersonator has to be doing it for financial gain. An argument that posting on social media and claiming to be some kind of military hero results in direct financial gain is a tough nut to crack.
You tread into 1st amendment speech issues if there is no financial gain involved (see recent SCOTUS rulings). On the other hand, folks like this generally do it for the attention, feeding their obviously insecure and deficient egos. So publicly calling them out, and shaming them, banning them from forums, etc. is the best approach.
Granted it won't stop some of them from coming back again or even shame some of them - I had one impostor tell me that he didn't care what other people thought because in his mind he 'felt like he was a brother in arms and a hero" (can't do much about mental illness can we).
As gratifying as it would be to drag this guy out, strap him to a post and whip him, then tar and feather him....sadly we aren't allowed to do that ... but yes he certainly is a sad little cretin.

Have you emailed the admins about this to see what he offered for verification? His timeline of assignments in his profile makes no sense.

I thought the same things. I just figured I would make him famous and the Good People at RallyPoint High Command would take notice.

Call him out, which in effect you already have CPT Russell Pitre and see if he responds to you.

I would like to know if he used military service to get his position at Biofrontier. University of Colorado has a program favoring veterans for employment. That might be a violation of the Stolen Valor Act. I also know he didn't graduate from Texas Tech back in the 80's even though he's claiming Suma Kum Laude on the Academia website.

I personally know 1LT Goeke's wife. She is one of the sweetest people on the planet. It would absolutely devastate her to find out that this piece of shit is trying to use his likeness because he isn't man enough to serve honorably himself. Fuck this Conrad shitbag and I hope his employer finds out and treats him accordingly.

When I found out who 1LT Goeke was, about a month ago, I considered telling her. For just a second. I would not bring this to her door. We can take care of this.

PO3 Sandra Gomke - I respect you for thinking of her and being sensitive. I wonder if maybe it's not just stolen vakir but also extends to stolen identity. If it does she needs to know.

Conrad isn't claiming his name just "borrowing" his face. But it still ticks me off! (Sorry I didn't answer sooner.)

According to the National Personnel Archives, there is no record of Randle Conrad in military records. I sent their letter to RP admin. He is a fake. He did not serve, he did not graduate from Texas Tech. But I cannot prove Stolen Valor. No monetary or property that I can find. Not sure about his employment.

I sent you message about the letter. If you have the letter from NPA that is good enough. They pull from the OPM.

Let's be honest. This is an OBVIOUS case of Stolen Valor and needs to be treated as such. I wish I could Up-Vote this more than once. Good work, sir.

PO3 Sam Crowell - That's cool. I'll still consider it stolen valor. I'll use lower case letters so people can understand what I mean. Just because it isn't covered under the law, doesn't mean it isn't stolen valor.
