Directed and guided a matrix organization of 100 that intensively manages information and collaborates on multiple materiel maintenance initiatives aimed at improving the materiel readiness of the 4th Infantry Division. Directed and guided two sub-organizations with 12 specialized work units of 1600 soldiers to sustain the 4th Infantry Division’s 26,000 people and combat equipment. Coached, trained, and mentored a Sustainment Brigade Staff of over 150 officers and soldiers to sustain 26,000 soldiers and combat equipment of the 4th Infantry Division. Direct and guide two subordinate organizations with 12 specialized work units and 1600 soldiers.
