Production Control NCOIC
In charge of aviation activities for the largest fleet of LUH-72 (Lakota) helicopters in the US Army and a fleet of OH-58C helicopters with a combined value of over $145 million. Managed maintenance schedules. Served as the government representative for two maintenance service contracts. Evaluated performance of contractors against contract standards. Supervised two logistics sections. Lead cargo load rigging teams.

SASMO (Sustainment Automation Support Management Office) NCO
Supervised ten computer technicians who supported a 1500 person Combat Aviation Brigade. Trained technicians in Windows, basic database administration, FTP/SFTP, LAN networking, and basic switches and routers. Configured major version updates to software. Supported a network of over 300 computers, 10 satellite networking systems, and the associated networking equipment with a value of $10 million. Performed site analysis in three separate locations in Iraq and Afghanistan to create custom network plans. Implemented those plans by procuring the correct supplies, tools, and networking equipment

Maintenance Supervisor
Supervised and trained subordinates in helicopter maintenance related procedures. Planned logistics requirements of maintenance team by analyzing maintenance logs, technical manuals, and observation of location based maintenance trends. Implemented plans by requisitioning hardware and replacement parts, placing work orders to supporting shops, and coordinating hangar resources to include ground support equipment, special tools, and lifting devices.

Phase team and unscheduled maintenance team leader in Udari, Kuwait during the initial push into Iraq. Moved operations in the second half of the deployment to Q-West Iraq.
