Hillary Clinton seems like a good choice but I honestly don't know who to vote for. Can someone help me with my voting decision?

This will be the very first time for me to vote and I try to not listen to bad media about each of the candidates but it's so much to the point to where I am lost not knowing who to choose. I feel as if I choose Hillary basically her husband will be back in the office and he will be running stuff on the sly. Than on the other hand if I choose Trump I would be ok with the end of the United States as we know it, we would literally just go to World War 5 skipping all the other wars in between. Can anyone help me with my decision?

Okay, look; allow me to kind of explain one of the unintentional points you made.
Why is there so much bad publicity around Trump? Because he pissed everyone off. He got up, said what he meant (though it has been WIDELY misinterpreted all over the place) and he showed us how he could back it up. It is no secret that he would run the Office like a business. And he should. Contrary to popular belief, he's neither stupid, nor ignorant. He is a BRILLIANT business man, but admittedly, a terrible politician. But here is why that is a GOOD thing:
Look at all the damage done by the POLITICIANS in the last 20 years. We have sunk from approximately $8 million in debt at the end of the Clinton term to $18 TRILLION now. We have been embroiled in a war we didn't even begin to understand when we started. One that has been raging for over 2 millennia. Now in addition to this, we have this lovely little thing called checks and balances. Trump wants to flip the system upside-down and rebuild it. Which would re-center it on the values and purposes that our forefathers created it for. But this doesn't coincide with the political agendas of any party, because it isn't designed to line the pockets of the 1%. It is designed to bring America back to what it was supposed to be. Back to the country that the rest of the world respected and hesitated to mess with. Let's be honest, the world is laughing at us now.
Arguments for Hillary? She's female, so she's got that whole historical thing going for her.
Arguments against her? She's a damn traitor, an incompetent idiot and is completely reckless with information that poses risks to our national security.
Arguments against Trump? He has no tact or a political mind. So he's crass and unyielding. Basically, he's the Infantry of the political world.
You want help with your decision? Watch it all. Read it all. Good, bad, ugly, and indifferent. So you get the perspective of both sides, as well as the nastiness of their mudslinging.

Honestly at the end of the day it is your decision and no one can tell you who you should vote for. Everyone has their own opinion. What you should do is see which one has more in common with what you would like to see done in the next 4 years and vote for that person. I have my own but that would be putting my bias opinion on you and no one should do that.

Consider them not all by what they say but, what have they done.
After all my years voting I can honestly say I don't like career politicians.
They say anything but, their history holds true.
I believe in the citizens government for us, not themselves.
Talk is cheap!
Actions speak volumes over words.
No action past, great chances of no action forward.
If a politician has no credible accomplishments over their tenure, however long, then they do not deserve my vote.
Not personal accomplishments, i.e. Positioning but, what exactly have you done lately!
Years as a politician does not equate to anything other than reelection.
Dig deep.
You'd be surprised how easy it is to make a decision based on the above.
Don't buy the emotional spins from all media.
You must do your homework to be an objective voter.
Research or you will be disappointed.

I instinctively want to convince you to vote for the candidate I want to win, so I will resist that. I will advise you to look into actual policy stances, actual statements instead of media spins on statements, and history of the effect similar policies had on the area you live in. You will make up your own mind and be happy with your choice.

There is no point denying or sugar-coating the plain fact that the voters this election year face a choice between two of the worst candidates in living memory. Donald Trump represents multiple and potentially fatal risks. But Hillary Clinton is a certainty of disaster. Her vaunted "experience" is an experience of having repeatedly made decisions that turned out to be not merely wrong but catastrophic.
The most obvious example has been her role as Secretary of State during the Obama administration's decision to undermine and help destroy the governments of two nations — Egypt and Libya — that were no threat whatever to Americans or to America's interests.
The net result was that two Middle East nations that were at least neutral toward the United States, in contrast to others who are hostile and belligerent, were turned into countries where Islamic extremists created turmoil, and one in which Islamic terrorists killed the American ambassador and those who came to his aid.
President Obama and Secretary Clinton inherited an Iraq where terrorists had been soundly defeated, thanks to General David Petraeus' "surge" campaign, which both had opposed when they were in the Senate.
But the Obama administration turned victory into defeat by pulling American troops out of Iraq, against the advice of top military leaders, setting the stage for the emergence of ISIS and its triumphant barbarism that attracted adherents who began waging a terrorist war inside Western nations, including the United States.
A whole series of disastrous military and foreign policy decisions have led to public criticisms by an extraordinary succession of former Secretaries of Defense and top generals who had served under the Obama administration. Such public criticisms of any administration, by its own former high officials, are virtually unheard of.
One of these Secretaries of Defense, Robert Gates — who has served under several administrations of both parties — criticized Donald Trump as well. Secretary Gates said: "The world we confront is too perilous and too complex to have as president a man who believes that he, and he alone, has all the answers and has no need to listen to anyone."
Secretary Gates called Trump "beyond repair." He also criticized Hillary Clinton, so this was no partisan attack. Unfortunately — perhaps tragically — she and Trump are our only alternatives this election year. On the domestic front, as well, Trump is an uncertainty, while Hillary is a guaranteed catastrophe. Given the advanced ages of various Supreme Court justices, whoever becomes the next President of the United States can expect to have enough appointments to that court to determine the future of American law — and American freedom — for decades after that President's term of office is over.
Hillary Clinton has already said that she wants to see the current Supreme Court's decision overturned in a case where they ruled, by a 5 to 4 vote, that both corporations and labor unions have free speech rights. On other issues as well, she has advocated curtailments on free speech. And without free speech, there is no effective limit on what any administration can do.
On racial issues, Mrs. Clinton has repeatedly pushed the idea that blacks are besieged by enemies on all sides, and need her to protect them — in exchange for their votes. Trump has at least supported charter schools, which are one of the few avenues through which the next generation of blacks can get a decent education.
There are no good choices, but nevertheless we must choose.

Unfortunately, and despite the fact that we have more than two parties, we are stuck with two major parties and the 'under card' parties. Even if the majority of the voters were registered Independents, the system is corrupt and will favor one of the two major parties. So, for this election, voters should hold their nose and vote for the candidate they believe will do the least damage to our country, to their family and to themselves. It is unlikely that you will find any 'benefit' from voting for a third party candidate because the 'bull party' is long dead as is Teddy Roosevelt. For me, as much as I find Trump's manner to be detestable at times, I accept that he is an unpolished politician, skilled in the trade of deal making and leading organizations. He is not a politician and he is not responsible for the shape our country is in. However, I believe that politicians, like the Clintons and the Bushes and every other elected official is bought and paid for. They have ceased to serve the interests of our country, our families or our people. So, we would do best if we choose to stop re-electing and electing politicians and return to a government 'of the people.'

There is zero chance of the 3rd party guy. A third part vote is a waste of your ability to choose.

Ok Captain, let me amend my statement. You can choose to vote 3rd party, but that would just be a stupid exercise of your free will. It would be a non-choice, realizing the futility of that vote. The problem is that if you cast the vote for neither of the people who have a snowballs chance in Hell of winning, then you have essentially thrown your vote away and agreed to allow others to choose for you. You also have the right to write in a vote for Bart Simpson and that vote will be every bit as meaningful as your 3rd party candidate.

I think that if third parties want to be taken seriously, they need to win some Congressional seats and a governorship or two. Just running for prez is a waste of time.

Hillary Clinton is a Traitor. Her lack of 'caring' for national security has costs Intelligence Community lives, thousands of them. Anyone who votes Clinton is voting to HAND our country to Iran.

CPL (Join to see) You will vote for someone who has no clue about secure material - if anyone of us did what she did we'd be in jail! You'd vote for someone who is a constant liar, do some serious looking. You'd vote for someone who's judgement has helped lead to the destruction of the Middle East - just look at the countries before she and Obama got their noses in the ring. You'd vote for someone who left her men high an dry, killed and dead in Libya? You'd vote for someone who's be bought by foreign governments and businessmen?
Be honest, read, do some research and look again.

Hillary is a fantastic choice if you want to vote for a liar and someone who's above the law! If you want someone who will continue to tear down the military, will go to any extremes to get what she wants. Intimidated women who had affairs with her husband to keep them from speaking, while at the same time promoting herself as a person supporting women's rights. Yep, vote Clinton if you want a CiC who lied to the faces of families of good men killed in Libya. If you want fantastic judgement, just look what the Obama/CLINTON policies have done to the Arab countries in the middle east(Egypt, Libya, Syria). If you want someone who is bought and paid for by foreign governments, people (through the Clinton Foundation) then she's your man!
And don't vote for Clinton just because she's a woman, look at her past record.
