Hillary Clinton seems like a good choice but I honestly don't know who to vote for. Can someone help me with my voting decision?

This will be the very first time for me to vote and I try to not listen to bad media about each of the candidates but it's so much to the point to where I am lost not knowing who to choose. I feel as if I choose Hillary basically her husband will be back in the office and he will be running stuff on the sly. Than on the other hand if I choose Trump I would be ok with the end of the United States as we know it, we would literally just go to World War 5 skipping all the other wars in between. Can anyone help me with my decision?

I was in during the first Clinton Admin and it was terrible. Bill and Hillary are both very anit- military. We couldn't even get rounds to train with. They cut the military budget so low. Moral also fell like a rock
Trump is very pro military and pro veteran.
The choice is clear, if you have any sort of veteran then you really want Trump in office.

CPT Ahmed Faried - So how do you fix a military that was gutted and lacked resources for years and then thrust into 2 active conflicts back to back. Hope it gets better magically or deal with what you have and start resourcing?

LTC (Join to see) - seems like a rhetorical question Sir. But the latter is what I pick.

Which democrats are you talking about, Veterans benefits were cut during the Obama, Clinton, and Carter admins, and each of those presidents was at best lightly anti-veteran. You have to go back to the Kennedy presidency in the early 1960's for your statement to hold any water.

Starship troopers quote that you might like to take in: "Figuring things out for yourself is the only real freedom anyone really has."

If you are unsure, think about what is important to you and what you think is best for the country. Go to their web pages and look for policy statements about where they stand in key issues and see how/where they align with you.
I admit freely I could never vote for Clinton due to the scandal the surrounds her and her husband but Trump was not my first pick either. I am willing to give an outsider a chance at this point. What is most important to me is that we break up the status quo that seems to pervade our government. That is more than one president can do but we can at least try to start. Clinton is the candidate of the status quo in Washington DC and Trump is the outsider (in the very simplest terms).
