Again the VA is in the spotlight for a whole other reason this time. It is discouraging the amount of issues that continue to arise in this organization. I'm pleased that they are being brought out so that all of know what is involved with the VA. I truly would like to hear some good news coming out about the VA and what the VAMC's and folks have done in a positive manner for the veterans.
I don't believe that this is the "VA" as a whole but it is sending red flags up every time we open the morning news. If there is enough bad coming out maybe, just maybe, the powers that can influence a major change will get it moving that way asap. Salutes

Yep. I get the "Your call is important to us, please call back AFTER HOURS, so we can call you back during normal hours" immediately followed by a "click" as the phone goes dead.

I'm really lucky im getting my disability consistently, its the only thing keeping me from being homeless at this point. Really hope you guys can get things figured out. I've got a lot of things to write to my Congressman about today.

I was running into this trying to find out why a claim I had submitted kept getting closed without being looked at. I had to launch a Congressional. To which they lied to my Congressman.

Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS Do you have a VSO helping you? The DAV, VFW and Legion have folks that can assist you to get the claims taken care of with you. They do a great job ensuring it doesn't fall through the cracks. Most of them are located at the Regional VA office for your state.
