I joined the civilian workforce in December 2004 after serving 12 years in the Army on active duty. I started my current profession as defense contractor in April 2005 as a consultant. I have since moved up the rankings from helpdesk analyst to service desk manage and now I am a ITSM Remedy Administrator.
