Led, mentored and motivated Soldiers from all specialties to be a recruiting team and be successful. In a position that puts all of those skills to use hiring veterans for our company. Currently the Military- Veteran Recruiter for Quality Carriers a nationwide trucking company. I attend events and installations around the nation hiring veterans and transitioning service members with a Class A CDL. You can start a new and rewarding career in transportation. The freedom of the road and flexible schedule is a dream for some of us. The feeling of only having one person to discuss loads with each day and not having someone over your shoulder is a great day every day.

Military Hiring Manger and Marketing Specialist
Started in April 2012 and developed a from the grounds up Veterans Program to hire veterans nationwide to become CDL drivers for our company. Networked across the country with over 3000 Vet reps, groups, agencies and individual to spread our Service to Semis program so that we can hire veterans, National Guard and Reserve members.
Brought on a team of four military veterans that have hired over 2000 veterans in 2013.

Led Recruiting teams throughout the 6th BDE from MT to UT, Small to Large Stations and then was 1SG for Ogden and Salt Lake Companies. Was a Master Trainer and Operations NCO and then OPS SGM and then Seattle Recruiting BN CSM.

Developing a veterans program for Quality Distribution the Nations Largest Chemical Tanker company. A 100 year old company with over 30 partner Affiliates and 100 Terminals Nationwide.
We are looking for Military and Veterans for positions Nationwide with Class A CDL for Hazmat and Non Hazmat positions.
Requirements: 1 Year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years
Tanker and Hazmat endorsements may have to have or obtain TWIC Card.
Home time varies from daily, 2-3 days weekly to 10 days out 3 days home.
Great routes nationwide.

Military- Veteran Recruiter
Hired to develop a veteran and military hiring program for Quality Carriers, based out of Tampa Florida. In the first year we hired 325 veterans, National Guard and Reserve members in Logistics, mechanics and drivers across our 120 terminals nationwide. 2017 we are striving to bring on 500 hires.
