Why work here
C.R. England isn't only the largest refrigerated company in the nation. Since 1920 we have never laid off a driver, we continue to grow even during the toughest of times. Our core values are very similar to the core values that military members and veterans bring with them to the company. We value dedication to the mission, honesty, integrity, family and the safety background that the military instills in their members.
We are continually growing our routes and have National, Dedicated, and Regional routes that our drivers can progress into. The opportunity to be team drivers with a friend, fellow veteran, spouse or significant other is also available to our drivers. You can also become a trainer and teach new students the art of driving tractor trailers with safety measures being the utmost important aspect of the daily mission.
We have been nationally recognized from Trucking magazines, Selected as 2014 Military Valuable Employer, 2015 Military Friendly Employer and selected as one of the 50 America's actively engaged companies.
We offer competitive benefits after 60 days form hire date. Medical, Vision and dental. Paid vacation, 401K and many avenues for progression. To find out more contact our military hiring team at 866-219-6080 or take a look at us on the web www.crengland.me/vets.

Veteran hiring
Since 2012 we started developing our hiring program for Veterans and continue to improve and grow it every year. Since August 2102 we have hired over 4400 veterans company wide. We value what veterans bring to the team and are proud to recognize and show them.
We have a dedicated military team that will assist them from the application through orientation as well as during their career with our company. We have a veterans committee that develops and improves programs and processes for our Veterans.
The third day with our company there is a veterans brief where they meet the Military Hiring Supervisor and one of the England family members to hear about the company and to discuss the opportunities ahead as well as learn about the school and company. They also receive the first of their honored veteran recognitions, an Honored Veteran Ball cap so they can identify other veterans and be identified as veterans also. Upon completion of the training program they also receive other items to wear and for their truck that identifies them as an honored veteran.
We also recognize our veterans on Armed Forces day and Veterans day company and nationwide. We reveal 5 new trucks each holiday that are veteran themed and veteran drivers are selected to drive those trucks through out the year. We have delivered 10 and will have 5 more added to the inventory at this years Armed Forces Rally.
We also support events across the nation like Wreaths Across America that our veterans driver and trucks are involved with each year.
We are proud of our veterans and many of them are in management and director positions throughout the company. You will be proud to be a part of this company and team and wear the title of a C.R. England Honored Veteran on your shirt or hat.
