Once my Post 911 G.I. Bill benefits are exhausted, what other benefits or scholarships exist to help my dependents go to school?

I am a 14 year 80% disabled veteran. I was awarded the Post 911 GI Bill when I got back from Iraq. I went back to school and got half-way through my Ph.D. when my education & housing benefits were exhausted. I can't afford to pay to go back to school because I have a daughter in her Junior yer of college. Can the "Forever GI Bill" help me or is there some type of assistance/scholarship she can qualify for? Can someone help me? I have contacted the VA Education Dept and they said that since I used all of my benefits for housing and education that there is nothing they can do to help neither my daughter or myself?

1.) Why are you paying for your daughter's college? She is an adult, surely, by her Junior year. Why not let her work her way through college? I and my wife got three degrees between us that way, and we found it to be a beneficial experience. And yes, we graduated without debt of any kind.
2.) You may be able to find a PhD program that has the tuition waived and/or has a stipend. It helps to have high scores on relevant standardized tests.
3.) Your education benefits are exhausted, and the VA will not pay for more of your education or your daughters. This will not change unless one or both of you join the military to earn benefits again.

MSgt Kim Micheloni have you checked with the state that you live in to see if they have any programs that you may qualify for or have you checked to see if the college(s) have any non-VA programs?

MSgt Kim Micheloni my children were impacted by military service and were exposed to all kinds of hazardous materials, I am 90% at this point and awaiting answers. One is working as a Pediatric Nurse at Phoenix Children as a single parent and has education loans hanging over head as she cares for sickest children. The other fished the Bearing Seas, had a psychotic break and turned to heroin and is living on the street.

So sorry to hear about the drug addict... it is EXTREMELY difficult to see our children stumble and suffer! My daughter refused to attend college ( because I wanted her to get an education) and she has SERIOUS MH issues!!! My grandchildren are paying the price for ALL her extremely BAB choices! I’m doing what I can for them, just waiting for daughter to have another psychotic episode and end up in prison. She is currently on Supervised Probation, only been working for a month, has already called in sick twice and one time no call, no show! Behind on court fees and fines(that’ll how she got probation in first place) and will eventually be hauled into court again and will probably go to prison. That’s when I’ll get custody of my grandchildren and try to get the help they desperately need!!! You cannot help someone who will NOT admit they have a PROBLEM!!! Good luck MAJ Kim Patterson! There are Student Loan reduction avenues to explore, disability benefits for your kids and I suggest’Unemployability’ as a way to reach 100%. You will still be able to ‘work’ as long as you don’t exceed federal limit. Also you should NOT be paying taxes on disability pay or property tax. Just found out about the exemption from property tax and have a mound of paperwork to complete and submit...please feel free to contact me [login to see] if I can assist you with forms and proper wording to obtain ALL benefits!
