When I first saw this cartoon my thought drifted to the Grinch Who Stole Christmas by Dr. Seuss. It is humorou but it would be great if a scanner could detect evil intentions :-)
We could all be in trouble sometimes; but, thugs should alway be caught :-)

Other: I wish it were funny. Maybe there's humor in this whole situation. I wish I could laugh at it but I'm too busy crying. For what? Not the deaths, beheadings, and mutilations. They're sad, but there's something worse. Not the extraordinary stupidity or culpability (whichever it is) of the Administration for exacerbating this situation and leaving US vulnerable to ISIS. That's also sad, but avoidable. What is truly garmentrending aggravating is that We the People deserve all this. We can defeat ISIS whenever we choose to. We can elect wiser leaders, again whenever we choose to. What we can't alter is the mind-numbing stupidity of We the People who elect the cretins who put us into these situations and then reelect them even after they've demonstrated their incompetence/venality. Maybe it would help if we followed our heads rather than our hearts...

in a hand basket despite the time of year.
Such is, and will always BE Life.
It’s extremely saddening for me to sit here, and think of the bloodshed of our Soldiers, during
this time.
You might remember past history, and the fact that in WW2, the Allied troops and the Germans HAULTED firing on Christmas Day.
Why can’t we make this at LEAST happen, with our present day troops & all of our opposing forces in Afghanistan et al.? (I.e.)
Sometimes my friend, I TRULY wonder about this aggression & this “Endless War”

Although funny and partially true, the reality is, you'd find murderers, thieves, cheaters, liars, and the potential of the above on these so called scanners. Is funny but falacy lol

While we’re at it why not do the big roundup find who are isis and ship whoever else off for appropriate attention. To those ghzt handle that.
