My daughter stopped by for coffee and donuts before she heads out to run her Nature Walk Business. We chatted about her youth, and mine. Swimming, cartwheels, the need in both of us to move and keep in motion. A bit about the grandkids and their remarkable friendship. Quite a few laughs, especially when she said: "You and Mom let me and my sister go feral most of our childhood."
Just like her Mother and her Sister, she takes me out for a walk quite often. And those chats are just as easy going as the breakfast ones!
And that is a great start to my day.

My Dad, a WWII Navy Veteran. kept walking daily into His 90s and was still taking walks each day. He said if You don't use it You lose it. He made it to age 97 w3hen He passed but remained active up to that point.

I can only hope! My daughter yelled at the Surgeon one time and said: "You don't understand...my dad HAS to walk. He won't stop until he can."
