Thank you my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs for making us aware that USAF NCO veteran and volunteer SSgt Alia Schenck will be cohosting the Warriors for Life (WFL) Virtual Group Support virtual meeting with special guest Veteran Erik Castillo Wednesday evening on March 31, 2021.
The topic "Post Traumatic Growth & The Emotion Code" is an intriguing title. Post traumatic growth seems clear. I am not sure what the emotion code is referencing.
[By the way I mistakenly blocked SSgt Alia Schenck and learned I can't unblock until 2 weeks after a block. that is 5 days from today.] Apologies to Alia.

PTG is the positive changes post struggle and challenges (traumatic experience). This is an excellent topic mdf COL Mikel J. Burroughs, Sir.
In my case, the positive changes included moving away from the epicenter of that traumatic event, regrouping and energizing myself along an alternate path that remains miles apart from the trauma. I chose golf as my stress release to avoid PTSD relapses and authored books to block reliving that tragedy again and again. My family and friends ended my drinking habits that I used to drown out memories of those ugly moments. RallyPoint has helped me being with my own without reliving those moments that bring hatred in me; thanks to COL Mikel J. Burroughs,Lt Col Charlie Brown,Maj Marty Hogan,1SG Fred "SARGE" Bucci,PO1 William "Chip" Nagel,SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth,Col (Join to see),LTC Eric Udouj,LTC Stephen F.,Maj William W. 'Bill' Price,Maj John Bell,Maj Robert Thornton,SSG Robert Webster and many more. I realized the importance of family in this situation. Off-course, there were some distractions along in my journey that quietly changed with time and attacked me to discourage me from getting better; I learned to avoid such personalities and leave them behind. The devil approaches us in many ways tempting us to divert from the Almighty. This is lesson learned.
Much-appreciated RallyPoint!
