First of all, Musk isn't and won't be president...Trump is! He was tasked by Trump to cut government spending and find waste. The original bill if you read it in its entirety is ludacris. The amount of spending of frivolous crap is why we are in the deficit we are in. The attached bill is what we need to keep going. If we are going to get government spending under control it has to start somewhere. If we shut down the government then we shut down the government.
